A presentation exercise during residency at IE Global EXMBA School. Take a few minutes to jot down some notes on any topic to present for a duration of 60 seconds. Record it. Get feedback from a presentation expert. Make improvements. Try again. This was my first time doing this exercise and I was so nervous. Things to work on: presentation opening, less movement. Youth: Be open to constructive criticism; don't take it personal. Be Optimistic, Embrace Your Culture, Nurture Your Gift.
